مصادر لـ«عكاظ»: «العدل» تفتح باب تصحيح عقود زواج السعودي والأجنبي لغير الحاصلين على تصريح زواج – أخبار السعودية

علمت «عكاظ» أن وزارة العدل ‏أنهت الترتيبات الخاصة بسماع الدعوى بإثبات عقد الزواج أمام محاكم الأحوال الشخصية، لتصحيح حالات الزواج الذي أُبرم دون إذن الجهة المختصة فيما يُشترط له الإذن.

وبحسب المصادر، فإن عقد الزواج بين طرفين سعودي وأجنبي الذي تم دون استخراج تصريح، ستتم معالجته أمام محاكم الأحوال الشخصية.

ويهدف القرار إلي استقرار الأسر ومعالجة بعض الحالات والإشكالات المتعلقة بالزوجين، فضلاً عن توثيق حالات الزواج نظاماً، وما يترتب عليه وفق الآليات التي شرعت فيها وزارة العدل، وفق نظام الأحوال الشخصية.

“Okaz” learned that the Ministry of Justice has completed the arrangements for hearing the case to prove the marriage contract before the Personal Status Courts, to correct cases of marriage that were concluded without the permission of the competent authority where such permission is required.

According to sources, the marriage contract between a Saudi party and a foreign party that was made without obtaining a permit will be addressed before the Personal Status Courts.

The decision aims to stabilize families and address some cases and issues related to the spouses, in addition to officially documenting marriage cases, along with the implications that arise according to the mechanisms established by the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with the Personal Status Law.
